A culinary jewel of Paris Another wonderful meal at Boutary last night. Once again the beauty of the meal and the cookery was complemented perfectly by the wine flight. Boutary is one of the very few restaurants where I opt for a wine flight as I know I will be treated to hidden jems. Rounded off our Parisian trip on a high note. Can highly recommend. The set menu approach is a little different but easy to follow along and given the quality of selection, preparation and service its excellent. We went with the wine pairing which matches perfectly while introducing some lesser known wines, all were delicious. On top of which the service was also very good. Anyone Can Caviar! On our latest trip to Paris, we had the pleasure of spending our first night dining at Boutary. What a wonderful night it was! We started our evening with a glass of bubbly and.. a handful of caviar?? That’s right! According to our waiter - a connoisseur of all things caviar - the tasting of these sturgeon eggs are traditionally enjoyed from the back of your hand! Who knew caviar could be a finger food? It was briny and salty, with a bit of that butteriness that we had been told to look out for. My first thought was “Wow, I love this, I could eat this all day.” And then I did! We dove excitedly into our 5-course meal (with perfect wine pairings to match of course), and while caviar was the leading lady, it certainly wasn’t the sole star of the evening. Other main courses included stingray, sea bass, and scallops (oh my!). Even a bit of poultry made an appearance on the menu. Whether from land or sea, every dish was complimented/balanced by ingredients full of fun, fresh, vibrant, and sometimes even earthy flavors. We really enjoyed how dynamic each dish’s presentation was. There was always a fresh sauce, mousse or sprinkling to be added right in front of your eyes, as well as an in-depth explanation of each element on your plate. And as if this caviar house couldn’t get any better, Boundary has proved themselves to be VERY gluten-free conscious! Our waiter was fabulous as he made sure to always highlight the gluten-free elements, and triple checked any questions with the kitchen without hesitation. Whether you’re a lover of caviar or simply seeking an evening amongst the finer things in life, Boutary will serve you an experience you couldn’t dare forget!

Unforgettable culinary journey / unsurpassed service If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would! The food was otherworldly, just exquisite in every way. Such art, such a journey. The wine pairings were also perfect. But what made the experience truly memorable was the service, which was managed with care and joy. Fred, in particular, was a delight. It was tasty and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended. I make a reservation for birthday dinner and not disappointed at all. We chose a 4 dishes menu and it was amazing. Ein Juwel mitten in Paris Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend im Boutary. Das Fünfgängemenü mit Weinbegleitung und einem Caviar of the day war einfach atemberaubend. Auch der Champagner vorne weg war hervorragend. Der Service sehr professionell und dezent ohne steif zu wirken. Frédéric, der uns zuletzt vor sieben Jahren beim Lunch unseres 25. Hochzeitstages bedient hatte, konnte sich noch an unsere Gesichter erinnern. Die einzelnen Gänge waren wieder eine Offenbarung. Auch die Präsentation war gelungen. Trotz ausgefallener Klimaanlage, für die man sich entschuldigte, war die Atmosphäre einwandfrei. Wir waren wie schon vor sieben Jahren begeistert, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Location ist klein, aber sehr stimmig. Ein wirkliches Juwel mitten in Paris.
